As a partner of the firm, Chuck practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, creditors' rights and real estate transactions. Chuck’s handling of a wide range of legal matters for his clients is further enhanced by over twenty years of practical legal experience in a variety of areas. His litigation approach is to identify those issues which can and should be resolved by agreement and to advocate vigorously his clients' positions on those issues which need to be resolved by the Court.
Chuck is a graduate of Lafayette College and Villanova University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He continues to enjoy a more than fifteen year relationship with First American as a title agent. Chuck served on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) from 1996 to 1998 and as Chairperson of the PBA Young Lawyers Division from 1996 to 1997, during which time he conceptualized and initiated the Day on the Hill legislative awareness program which has become an annual event sponsored by the PBA.
Chuck and his wife have two young sons who love taking weekend “Daddy trips” with their father and the family's oversized Airedale, Grover. To ensure proper male-bonding, each Daddy trip must include sports equipment, water, dirt and lots of food!
