Stephanie Kobal, an associate with the firm, focuses her practice on real estate, land development, municipal law and commercial loan transactions. She has experience handling lease negotiations, creditors’ rights issues, commercial loan workouts, and general land development projects.
Stephanie has appeared before multiple municipal local hearing boards including Whitehall Township Planning Commission, Whitehall Township Board of Supervisors, Bethlehem Zoning Hearing Board, Lower Towamensing Zoning Hearing Board, Lower Macungie Township Planning Commission and Longswamp Township Zoning Hearing Board.
Much of Stephanie’s real estate practice is focused on leasing negotiations and commercial lending issues. She has resolved realty transfer tax issues with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and has worked on behalf of both the taxpayer and municipality on business privilege tax issues. Stephanie has done extensive work on leasing projects for the Firm’s healthcare clients.
Stephanie serves on the Board of Directors of the Ballet Guild of the Lehigh Valley and of the Summerbridge Program at Moravian Academy. A Lehigh Valley native and graduate of Parkland High School, Stephanie enjoys spending her time outside of the courtroom with her pug, Gaston, rediscovering the area where she grew up. She also enjoys training for triathlons and marathons.
