Edward’s practice areas focus on employment and labor law. He earned his J.D. from the Villanova School of Law and his B.A. from Muhlenberg College. Prior to joining Tallman, Hudders & Sorrentino, Edward practiced in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he dealt with a wide variety of employment matters.
At our firm Edward practices before federal and state courts, and labor and employment agencies, representing clients in matters related to:
- ADA
- ADEA
- FLSA
- FMLA
- Pennsylvania Labor Relations Act
- Pennsylvania Humans Relations Act
Edward also advises clients regarding enforceability of employment agreements, discrimination policies, and covenants not to compete. He is fully versed in drafting and revising employee handbooks/manuals as well as employment and separation agreements
When it comes time to relax, Edward prefers to trade in the pinstripe suits of his colleagues for the pinstriped uniforms of the Philadelphia Phillies, which he follows quite passionately.
